Engraved Rings Policy

Items with PERSONALIZED ENGRAVING cannot be returned.

If the sizing does not fit send us an email at Support@BoldRingCo.com and we will provide you with a custom listing to purchase another size at a reduced price.

This reduced price for another ring size will be between $25-$35 depending on the ring style.

We have seen customers use their rings as a necklace charm or worn on another finger if it does not fit.

This will allow us to operate at a small loss so you can purchase the correct size.

Size Exchanges & Refunds for Non Engraved Rings

We have a simple 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a size exchange for non-engraved rings.

To be eligible for a return or size exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.

Do NOT mail us anything until you reach out to Support.

3) Once we respond to your email you can then mail the item back to our return address. 
For the cheapest and fastest way to ship back the ring, it is recommended you ship using USPS Ground Advantage. 

You must provide us with the tracking # once shipped, so we can process your refund/exchange appropriately.

Items sent back to us without requesting a return first, might not be accepted and will cause further delays in your refund.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your ring you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.


Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items.

Warranty

1 Year “No Hassle” Limited Warranty

All ring purchases come with a FREE one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chipping, breaking, etc.), we will replace your ring once at no cost to you, as long as a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring showing visible defects are emailed to us within one (1) year of the original order date.  

If a replacement is not available, we may offer another similar style ring at the same value.

One (1) SINGLE replacement within the one year warranty period is your exclusive remedy for any ring purchased with a manufacturing defect and is our entire liability to you for any breach of the limited warranty set forth herein.  

You have no right to return for replacement or refund any ring purchased from us except as set forth in the return policy and this limited warranty. 

No refunds are granted after the 30 day return period.

Please Note These Exceptions to the Limited Warranty for All Ring Lines:

The limited warranty does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain, scratches or damage incurred due to abuse, abnormal environmental conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, negligence, use contrary to care instructions, or loss of the ring. Tungsten and Titanium rings are scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Tungsten may break if dropped on hard floors or often exposed to harsh chemicals (bleach, alcohol, hand sanitizer, etc).

Solid gold does scratch and a simple trip to a local jeweler for a buffing will smooth out your scratches. Gold or colored plating will wear over time but will wear faster if exposed to harsh chemicals.

Also, please be advised that obvious submerged water damage to your wood ring will void your limited warranty as natural wood rings in our wood wedding ring Line are not meant to be submerged.  

If we suspect that you are abusing the rights granted to you under the limited warranty or otherwise making a false claim of defect, we reserve the right to void your limited warranty.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, (I) YOUR PURCHASE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK;
(II) EACH RING IS PURCHASED “AS-IS”;
AND (III) WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.
